Synergy Maritime DNS Sponsorship Exam 2023 Syllabus for Recruitment of Diploma in Nautical Sciences (DNS) Sponsorship EXAM 2023 :
- The examination will be conducted Online at our registered test center.
- The Examination duration will be 3 hours (180 minutes).
- The examination will comprise of 200 MCQ ( Multiple Choice Questions ) inclusive of 100 Knowledge based
- questions (CBSE /ICSE syllabus ) and 100 English and aptitude-based questions.
- Each question answered correctly is awarded 1 mark. There is negative marking of 0.25 for every wrong answer.
- No marks are awarded or deducted for UN-attempted questions.
- Testing Areas for Section A- Knowledge : – Questions based on class XII Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from approved syllabus of CBSE / ICSE board.
Eligibility:-
• Should have born On or before 01 Jan 2006 and After 01 Jan 1999
• Should have scored 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Class XII or Equivalent
• Should have scored 60% Overall Aggregate in Class XII or Equivalent
• Should have obtained 50% marks in English in Class X or XII or Equivalent
• should have passed Class XII or Equivalent OR
• Should be appearing in class XII exam in year 2023.
Testing Areas for Section A – Knowledge: Questions based on class XII Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from approved syllabus of CBSE / ICS board Question Pattern.
Examination Paper Pattern:-
- Total Question – 200
- Duration of Test -180 minutes
SECTION A – Knowledge :-
• 100 MCQ (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from CBSE/ ICSE syllabus )
SECTION B – English and Aptitude :-
• 100 MCQ (Numerical Reasoning and Data Interpretation, Verbal Reasoning, Nonverbal reasoning (Spatial
and Abstract Reasoning) and English)

After clearing Sponsorship online test you will be appeared for Interview and then Psychometry test and Medical. Once you will clear all these steps then your Sponsorship will be confirmed.

After your course you have to do 2 sailing then you can appear for 2nd mate FG exam. During your Cadetship you salary will be 550$ and in 2nd sailing it will be 650$ per month.
Once you will get your 2nd mate COC (Certificate of Competency) then starting salary will be 2300$ per month.
